Education and Safety: Wherever possible we will highlight how we have incorporated safety in our products and in preparing the food safely, Example: Remember you have to wear rubber gloves when chopping red/ green chillis, Otherwise, Even if you have washed your hands before going to the bathroom you may come out in agony! That is why we made the Garlic and red chilli paste for you, Some of our customers are students, who have moved away from home and may not have the basics of Food Hygiene or even if they are experienced Chef's it is easy to overlook some common sense Hygiene Practise (Please see food safety links published by the Health Officers, )
